Mr. Viet started his career in Procter & Gamble for over 13 years & 5 years expatriating in Asia before he became Co-founder & Chairman of Interdist. He is, and be recognized as a 1st Vietnamese member of Management Team of P&G Vietnam, Thailand & Indonesia.
His passion & integrity in working makes him a natural leader & coach. He can put himself in the shoes of all kinds of clients and be interested in whatever they care for.
For the past 7 years, while he works with multi-categories clients & people, every day at the Interdist has been challenging yet highly rewarding for him as he is always given the chance of doing things perfectly to create authentic happiness to bring value to clients and people.
MR. PHUONG NGUYEN
MANAGING DIRECTOR I INTERDIST
Before being Co-founder & Managing Director of Interdist, Mr. Phuong had spent 15 years in sale management in the biggest FMCG company in the world, P&G (Procter & Gamble). This period of time granted him the best-in-class foundation in sale management, which laid the cornerstone of his career success as the former Sale Director in P&G Vietnam and the only & most senior Vietnamese manager in P&G Asia to the present.
Over the last 10 years as a company leader, Phuong has had the opportunity to further hone his managing & coaching skills from being Top 10 Best Trainers in P&G Asia & Qualified Trainer of “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” in P&G.
He has never ceased to learn or stay inspired, which can easily be seen when working with him. Phuong also has a strong belief in leveraging the power of people to achieve the success in sale goals and shape the HR service’s landscape.

Tuyen Dien brings over 10 years of experience by graduating Master of Marketing Management at the University of Singapore and running a lot of successful campaigns. Together with Interdist team, his everyday mission is to enable clients to make that leap of faith, while keeping the firm eye on the business development & consumer engagement.
